My immediate reaction was much the same as Remus:
Albus Dumbledore, WHAT THE BLOODY HELL?
And I just noticed something: Dumbledore seems to be making a habit of only appearing in June. Two years ago
he told the Order to admit MacNair and Snape
, and last year
he dropped Pleniloquence Ridley on Kingley's doorstep
