Are Draco and Hydra being left out because of their parentage, or are they going to be expected to perform the coup de gras when the field has been reduced and completely take out the losers?
I'm hoping it's just their and the others sponsors being too scared or cautious to put them in the middle of such a vicious mess, and not an integral part of the plan.
