So Raz is worried for the future. I'd speculate he and Rory are planning to start a family.
He seems pretty disaffected with the powers that be.
And I'd take his crossings out as confirmation that Blaise was made to have his stepfather killed.

I think we were both being generous in assuming Narcissa would need more than just pretty to attract her, and wondering what positive traits she sees.
But you are probably right and she is as shallow and superficial as her talk of fashion would suggest.
