To the Players

Snape clapping

That was awesome.

And awful. And heartbreaking. And complex and interesting and really really well written.

Thanks.

Yes, absolutely! It felt very much like the players were actually there, relating what was actually going on in the moments they had - or like they were all reading from a script that had been prepared for them and that they'd had at least one trial run to rehearse. It was amazing to watch.

That's it players, you've killed me. Thank you guys, today has been awful but so well-crafted

( I brought a SIM card for my iPhone today and I've been sitting on the cliffs reading as I can't wait until Sunday to see what'd happen. )

I was out of town this weekend and have only just now caught up.

Brava. Masterful wodge of plot, there.

Somewhat belatedly, I agree: that was quite impressive. I am still failing to find the words to sum it up properly; the closest I'm getting is awful, in both the historical and modern senses (modern sense referring to the events more than the writing and presentation, which was very well orchestrated), but that's not quite it either. But I wanted to say, before I get totally distracted worrying about the latest explosions.
