We've got the full report on Draco and unsurprisingly it doesn't look good for him.

I'm surprised that no one has pointed out the possibility of a love potion- Hermione and Snape's connection seems pretty solid in their minds, and even if they didn't know of Snape's potion skills before (which seems unlikely) surely they'd be able to deduce it given the number of potions and notes in his quarters. It would explain away all of his behavior and absolve him completely of responsibility.

I don't think Bella or Barty would buy it, without some kind of test, but I'd bet it'd be reasonable enough for Tosha and the Malfoys.

A love potion would certainly explain his feelings, but it would cast doubt on whether he was kidnapped or not (because, if he was under the effects of a love potion, he'd have gone "willingly", because of her).

I have wondered if Bella would be able to tell if they Obliviated Draco to make him forget Hermione.

Not that I hope that happens, AT ALL. But if it was undetectable, it might be an option.

Ugh. Can we kill the Lord Flipping Protector yet?!

That is an impossible choice.

Narcissa is breaking my heart. I want to be unsympathetic - but I know from canon that she really did love her family (she concealed Harry's not-dead-ness because he told her Draco was alive and she believed him!) and...

...and of course, when she loses Lucius (if, perhaps, only to Azkaban), and loses Draco (because he isn't coming back)... what will Barty do? Might that be the crack in his devotion to Voldemort?
