I'm still thinking she was pregnant, so possibly a miscarriage? It's hard for me to imagine Barty slipping up and hitting her this badly.

Yeah, the miscarriage and/or "something affected her Wrong because pregnancy" possibilities are what seems most plausible.

Pretty sure she's not dead or Justin would have more than a bellyache.

*nods* I'm assuming the healer will tell Barty and Tosha what happened- I can't even imagine how they're going to react to that. It's not like anyone would believe it was Harry's.

Hydra and Justin will at least have to tell Alice and Remus. The real question is if Barty and Tosha try to keep it a secret from Bellatrix and Rod.

At first I thought Justin's belly ache was nervousness about not knowing what had happened to Hydra and whether they'd all have to flee--but now I wonder if it's shared sensations because of their marriage bonds.

Well there's confirmation of miscarriage now from Hydra. And Justin has revealed the marriage to Dolohov. I think we might just see another elided post. His reactions to this will be very telling. Barty's certainly have been.
