Tosha and Siz are giving me so many feels. I am unsurprised by his continued loyalty to Hogwarts, his relief at Voldemort's demise, and his willingness to stand by Barty (though it made me gleeful that he's totally fine letting the Order have Bella). I am even more interested to see how that changes if Barty is killed.
Also, I really hope that Justin makes a public post about how he's muggleborn and married to Hydra, because I really want to see Tosha's reaction to the former (and Bella's reaction to all of it).
I think the main circumstances where he would consider surrendering is if Barty gets killed not by the Order, or if he gets a hold of something he thinks might be enough of a bargaining chip for the Order to let them both live.
I'm not sure what happens if the Order kills Barty, but I feel like it's more likely to be him looking for revenge.
Also I hadn't thought about Justin making a public post about that, that sounds delightful. In a 'watch everyone-who-didn't-already-know's heads explode' way. I now really want to see this too.
That could be potentially awesome, depending on which Death Eater took them up on it. It would be an interesting arc for either Tosha and Barty, or Rod and Lana.

(And of course, Justin announcing that he's muggleborn will cause all sorts of heads to explode. *popcorn*)
