Part of what I loved about Tosha is his ability to look as though he is being perfectly helpful while actually being ANYTHING BUT. It was in frequent flower with Umbridge, who would often leave a discussion with him wondering why she was so annoyed when he was nothing but courteous and helpful to her.

(He really did not like that woman.)
