I want ALL THE FIC about Rigel growing up and trying to come up with some kind of ethical framework for himself and his powers. ALL OF IT.

Oh wow, just occurred to me:

You know who is Rigel's foil?

Terry.

Because Rigel grew up having ALL the power, so that he could do whatever he wanted on everybody's ass. And Terry grew up just exactly the opposite.
