Hydra's weight loss

Ok, it took me a while, but - caused by a curse put on by her mother during her visit about the cavities?

If true, I think it's indirect - cursed so that sweets don't taste good, and therefore if she doesn't eat other things, she'll lose weight. :-(

Except she has no need to lose weight. Just not eat sweets.

Oh, I don't think that's Bella's goal, if indeed she's done something to Hydra. Her intent would have been to get Hydra to not eat sweets --> get hungry --> eat non-sweets. But Hydra's stubborn, like her mother.
