Just realised something else. I've always been wondering about the Deathly Hallows in Alternity even though they haven't been mentioned. But Dumbledore died from casting the neo-Fidelius. Which means that the power of the Elder Wand has been broken. So that has been nicely tied up but also made me realise that there is absolutely no hope for Harry. *sobs*

So it's been "OMG Dolohov still hasn't checked in and he's there with Bella who'll scrape any hint of being a traitor out of his mind and curse him if she catches it" and then five minutes of "put away all of the books you have on the sofa, YES ALL OF THEM" and then "OMG DYNAMITE GRENADES FU" and then "crap, where did I hide the Swiffer cloths" and then "DAMMIT RACHEL CHECK IN" ...

and now INDERPAL AND HARUMAN WERE DOGSTAR and Seamus is breaking it off with Padma and all I can hear in my head is Auron, shouting, "Now! This is it! Now is the time to choose! Die and be free of pain or live and fight your sorrow! Now is the time to shape your stories! Your fate is in your hands!"

(It's too much to hope that he took Bellatrix and Dolohov with him, isn't it. Or - you know, this was supposed to be a 24-hourish spell, right? Did Draco figure out how to make it shorter? Did Tosha and Bella's meddling, possibly in contrary directions, help speed it along?)

I was briefly hoping we'd see Dolohov's prayer for Harry, and then- well, is there anything left of Harry to pray for, since Voldemort burned up his soul in the ritual? Augh.
