I don't know if Narcissa will tell Bellatrix or not, but I do admire the way that Narcissa's messages answer the question of the nature of Narcissa's and Barty's relationship.

I'm currently wondering exactly how much Narcissa saw, too. (Does she know it's Lana, or just someone obviously-not-Bella?)

Me too! They've hinted around it for a long time, but this is the most concrete evidence we've had.

I don't think she'll tell. As she said, she can relate in a way. And she'd rather keep the peace, generally.

Of course, if she needed to, she would certainly use that information to good effect.

I agree, she won't tell Bella out of hand. She'll hold it in reserve until she needs the leverage, wants to hurt him or distract or hurt Bella.

On to the cursed artifact, who do you think they are targeting? Carrow is the only witch that springs to mind that they both would have a grudge of that magnitude against.

I would assume it's Carrow, too. Like you said, they both have plenty of reasons to carry a grudge. Miss Robins is a possibility, but I don't know why Rod would be involved in that, unless Narcissa asked him to. However, I think Narcissa would have more finesse than to curse her husband's ex-mistress at an event she is sponsoring.
