I adore Pansy and Sally-Anne (and I would like them to run the world when they grow up, too.)
I agree with lapin_agile about the Trio, though I remain fascinated by Draco and Harry. (And particularly Draco being cranky about Harry's actions and assumptions, recently.)
On the adult side, I love Alice's relationships with pretty much everyone, and watching her try to be there, in difficult times, even though her actual presence to help is limited.
