Please remember that there's a 15-minute grace period for things like that. Almost always another player (or the posting player) will catch it as soon as it goes up (as in this case). Occasionally something slips past for longer (I remember one post that was incorrect for about 10 hours) but generally speaking we account for human errors pretty quickly.
