There's a new comment that says that Dark Arts was introduced as a subject when she was a fifth-year. IIRC, Bill was already out of school before Dark Arts was introduced, so she's at least three years younger than he is.
[edit: Rachel says that he said that he was out of school prior to "an actual Dark Arts curriculum", right in the main entry, so it's not just my recollection.]
