Nymphadora reacts to the fate of the young woman who was captured for posing as Sirius and posting a Grim Truth. Sirius comiserates with Remus after putting his foot in it with Dora and Poppy. Daphne chastises Millie for getting in trouble with Bellatrix. Susan shares her sympathy toward Millie with Hannah.
6 February
Remus implores Nymphadora to stay and talk out their disagreement. Padma expresses her frustration at some setbacks, chiefly the return of the Carrows to teaching. Ron asks how Sally-Anne plans to deal with the Carrows in class. Lana Sandoval recommends a photography exhibit by Sarah Yaxley.
7 February
Arthur finishes a report by working overtime on his birthday. Lana makes plans to attend the Frost Faire with a friend. Barty contacts Narcissa about delivering a raffle prize. Zacharias wonders whether the Dark Arts lessons will result in high casualties. Pansy asks Sally-Anne and Draco if they're all right. Ron shouts. Madam Pomfrey berates Alecto Carrow for endangering the students. Sally-Anne explains what happened from her perspective. Lavender supports Padma, who was dumped.
8 February
Draco seeks his father's advice about how to cope with the Carrows. Ron checks on Sally-Anne and Pansy behind the ISS lock. Remus checks on Nymphadora. Milli Bulstrode teases Draco about the jarvey insults from Care of Magical Creatures class. Arthur uncovers a mystery regarding one of the muggleborn babies in need of rescue from the camps. Padma congratulates Hydra on her performance in dueling club.
9 February
Frank reports that they've found the muggleborn infant, along with his twin brother and their parents - both of whom want to escape with their sons to join Moddey Dhoo. Draco proposes to Harry and Pansy that they start running a small, private practice to help shield against the Carrows. Narcissa reveals that Nymphadora has been staying at Malfoy Manor. Seamus invites Ron and Neville to work with other Gryffindors on defensive plans. Ron runs the offer by the ISS lock. Lucius leaves instructions for morning with his clerk.
10 February
Dean advises caution concerning partnering with Neville and Ron. Pansy offers to introduce her owl to Susan's. Nymphadora sparks another argument with Remus after returning home.
11 February
Alice defends Nymphadora's decision. Susan appreciates Pansy's attention.
