Narcissa just how much of a bad bad girl have you been?

Narcissa appears to be very very afraid of Lucius (and anyone else) knowing who she's talking to (or is coming to visit her.)

So speculation? Her liaisons with Barty that have been continually hinted at, she's been communicating with her 'dead' relative, the detective she has investigating the rumors that Voldemort is a house elf, her contact with the assassin she is commissioning to take out the Carrows or something even crazier that I haven't come up with yet?
