16 October
Ron encounters food at the feast that appears to be rather more animated than usual.
17 October
Padma gets her first crack at assessing the visiting students. Fred and George submit their names to the Goblet. Hydra reports to her mother, alerting her father in the process. Lana Sandoval attempts to apply for an intensive with Barty. Barty has other priorities, however.
18 October
Narcissa thanks her girlfriends for their get-together. Professor Sinistra catches up on her reading. Bill confirms that Percy will be difficult to use as a source of intelligence about Lucius or his cronies. Hydra asks Sally-Anne for help with a message. Sally-Anne complies. Nymphadora receives the intended warning with some confusion. Sally-Anne turns to the ISS kids with some surprise of her own.
19 October
Barty watches his father at work. Nymphadora admits that she was mistaken about Hydra's motives for writing. Penelope lays down the law regarding a rash of bullying at school.
20 October
Lana finishes one paper and has an idea for another. Madam Pomfrey reads about a disruption at the trial. Professor Sinistra arranges for substitutes during a Ministry inspection of the YPL.
21 October
Rodolphus seeks assistance from his brother. Draco offers his take on the behavior of the students.
