Rachel

Does anyone have an idea how old Rachel is? She seems to be older than Lana by at least a year, maybe more, so she's older than Percy--but I don't think she's older than Bill, or at most only a year or two older. I'm surprised she doesn't know any of the Weasleys already. Hasn't there been at least one Weasley at Hogwarts since Bill started? Did she just not remember him or Charlie or Percy, or what? (Or did she not go to Hogwarts? Do wizards do home schooling? She doesn't seem foreign, so I'd be surprised if she'd gone to any of the other schools.)
