Sally-Anne asks Madam Pomfrey for sleeping potion. Remus proposes a solution to the Strangeweale situation. Ron gets Harry's version of what they encountered in the Department of Mysteries.

Barty Crouch tells Narcissa the results of his conversations with the Baddocks. Molly observes a strange phenomenon about her family clock. Charlie checks on Percy.

8 October
Bill endures Cruciation over tipping off Auror Lamont to the Maidstone situation. Madam Pomfrey questions the consequences of admitting the students into the Order. Auror Lamont hears that Bill was Cruciated.

9 October
Nymphadora passes on customer requests for changes to the inventory. Lucius suggests potential replacements for the Maidstone camp administrator. Fred and George update Pansy regarding Lucius' interference in the business. Ernie thanks Megan for studying with him.
