Is it bad that I'm hoping that when Rachel Brodie gets on the Order lock she sees Draco's comment and replies "What a great idea!"? Because I think it'd be hilarious to have a "intelligence-gathering disguised as pillow talk" workshop, and it'd be hilarious to imagine Draco's reaction if she pretended she thought he was serious.

I'm also wondering what other workshops people could run. Jeremy could run a "writing reports just after being Cruciated" workshop, Bill could write "having a friendly drink with a bunch of murderers" workshop, Albus could run a "being as cryptic as possible" workshop...

Minor point of fact correction! Tosha's sexuality has never been established conclusively in game, either by him or by someone who has cause to know for certain. (The rumors about him and Barty don't count. Heh.)

Ah! I see. It just seemed like it was an open secret among the council/Death Eaters, though now that I think back, what they were alluding to could just be read as 'not precisely straight' rather than 'gay.' Since I myself am neither, I should know better. :)
