Cormac McLaggen's brother was a Councilwizard, but he also does not have a living Councilwizard parent. Draco, Hydra, Greg Goyle, Vince Crabbe, Teddy Nott, and Alfred Montague have Councilwizard parents and Dean and Seamus have Councilwizard guardians.
