Pansy posted early on in the action in the thread where we learned Ron had transformed and disappeared.
As far as I can see, she hasn't contributed since. This worries me because of her recent behaviour, which may be being influenced by the Locket. Also, with her recent admission in her notes to Regulus that she was in love with Draco, his capture and interrogation and subsequent departure must be incredibly difficult. Add the fact that Draco's feelings for Hermione have been revealed and I am worried.
And yet no one has mentioned seeing her or searching with her.

Also, a whole day of high drama and Barty has only sent the message about Sirius. I'm quite surprised because the Hogwarts council wizards and their friends usually communicate far more when things go down. Barty usually wants to be right in the action.

Please don't read too much into characters not commenting in the heat of the moment -- character availability depends on player availability, and although we try our best to schedule these big showdowns when everyone's available, it's not always possible for everyone to be there!

That's a very fair point. Thanks for the reminder.

But some of us are going to speculate on minor occurrences because little things have been so important in the past.

I'll be glad to believe people are busy rather than anything bad happening to any more characters we have come to love.

I think Pansy stayed with Sally-Anne; she was there when Sally-Anne retrieved Ron, still there when Sally-Anne related to him what had happened, and was the one to inform the Order that Ron had slithered off. So there's that.

Barty's absence - well, he was no doubt awfully busy chasing Sirius.
