You know, I'm thinking they should see if Minerva's wand will play nice with Hermione.

That would be really nice, if it worked. Dumbledore didn't mention it, but then I suspect he wouldn't, even if he has it rather than Snape.
It would work better if Hermione thought Dumbledore had it; I don't think she'd take it from Snape.

Good idea.
Minerva and Hermione are similar, it seems to me. Especially now that Hermione's been through…stuff, and come out stronger. Fir wood is supposed to stand for strength, according to Pottermore.

That's a clever way of dealing with things.
They were sorted into the same House, they were teacher-student...yes, I rather think her wand would work nicely for Hermione.
