There's a backchannel conversation between Siz and Tosha, where she basically calls him on "Okay, you have a country, but running it is clearly different than winning it" that then came out in all sorts of neat ways. (Him and Lucius was, I think, after that, mostly, and her to Alice in a couple of places, and I think her to Snape at one point.)
