Daphne's Dad

A thought occurred to me while I was cooking dinner tonight: is the reason that Daphne wants to research old gossip magazines because she thinks Raz might be her father? We already know that she is the oldest in her year, which means she was born in October 1979. In the most recent thread, Daphne points out to Padma that she is looking for articles from 1978/1979 in particular. And given that her mum was panicking that Daphne might tell her dad, it seems possible doesn't it?

I thought at first that she just wanted to learn more about her mum, but given her specificity with her focus of research, I think it means something more. I love Raz's character already, but it would be an amazing arc to see how this all plays out (especially in his relationship w/ Sinistra) if he really is Daphne's dad.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's what she's thinking, given her mother's reaction, and her own nature.

I assume it'll take a while for her to get enough information to draw a conclusion. I look forward to seeing what she finds out :)
