Lana Sandoval covers security for the official tree-lighting. Blaise Zabini comments on Seamus's timely injury. Sally-Anne surmises that Ron was responsible.

Padma expresses her concern for Seamus. Lana coordinates her calendar with Ned Pennifold. Sirius secures his parents' home temporarily. Harry struggles with the clue for the second task. Sirius turns to Alice and Frank for help with the Fidelius charm. Sally-Anne thinks about who to include in her Christmas presents.

Luna witnesses a couple Beauxbatons students bullying Justin. Narcissa notices that 12 Grimmauld Place has been accessed.

Alice gets back to Moddey Dhoo for a rest. Terry succeeds at transfiguring his hair. Narcissa unleashes some frustration in Barty's direction.

Professor Sinistra finds another threatening note. Susan asks Neville about matching their robes. Daphne schedules a fire chat with her mother.

Hermione consults Snape as to whether she and Harry could fake the Cruciatus curse. Penelope investigates what she believes to be a breach of confidentiality in Ravenclaw.

Remus proposes hosting the Order's holiday get-together. Hydra warns everyone that there might be another mean-spirited quiz. Molly wonders when and where the Order will gather for the holidays. Professor Lestrange informs Professor McGonagall that he is looking for the student who is harassing Professor Sinistra.
