Ron thanks Draco for his broom. Hydra feels the effects of her exertion. Zacharias returns full of excitement. Hydra thanks Justin for his discreet answer to Patil's prying. Justin freaks out a little over a crossed-out line in Hydra's message.

Padma objects to Peeves' and the Weasley Twins crashing the girls' party. Pansy finds the disruption amusing.
6 February
Sally-Anne observes a change in Professor Carrow. Penelope hopes Percy doesn't cancel their meeting in Hogsmeade. Neville serves another detention with Mr. Milland. Seamus wonders if Padma is ready to let him out of the doghouse. Sally-Anne tries Jane Eyre again.
7 February
Professor Lestrange finds out how Harry is coming with his assigned tasks. Director Selwyn weighs the pros and cons of allowing the foreign students to visit a camp.
8 February
Professor Sinistra returns from New London after facing more questions about her YPL leadership. Wil Wagstaff promises to make an appearance at the Frost Faire. Narcissa plans to spend the Faire in New London.
