If he has a perfectly good solution and the LP doesn't allow it, I wonder if that will start to really change people's minds about the LP. (Hopefully so. In that case, Seamus' death really wouldn't be for nothing.)
I'd been wondering that myself. It seems an obvious tactic for someone else to use, but I'm at a loss to figure out who it might be; none of the known groups would appear to have anything to gain by framing the IMA or getting Seamus killed (assuming they know about that part).
agreed, it was a bit too pat. I was wondering about some of the shadowy characters who Lucius et al have been complaining are getting a too close to V, it certainly had the effect of getting him angry with the core group.
