A little help understanding a post? (spef. Draco)

Hi alt-fen - I've finally got around to creating a lj account after some issues with it, so I can post here now! I had a question about Draco's post of two weeks ago, which I am having some difficulty understanding. Nothing's come up here about, so I assume it's fairly straight-forward, but for some reason I think I'm missing the context or implied meaning. Could anyone help? Thanks in advance.

I was interested to see how the mod summarised that post because I agree, Draco was being very definitely oblique there.

We've been getting some interesting glimpses of stuff going on with Draco recently. Did you see Pansy's conversation with Hydra yesterday? She makes some interesting admissions (http://alt-hydra.dreamwidth.org/24814.html?thread=304622#cmt304622).

Knowing that the structure of the game allows for some very long-term planning, sometimes the players pace themselves. One word of advice when reading is that very often, if you don't understand something right away, wait a while. Eventually it will come out.

You should also read his conversation with Lucius very carefully in his next post. Particularly the phrases that are crossed out. They offer some tantalizing clues as to what's going on with him.

Thanks very much - it's good to know that it's not straightforward, as sometimes I've been completely baffled on a post and then someone on alt-fen will say something or link it to another post that makes it make a lot more sense. (I've been reading for about two years, so this has happened quite a few times now.) Pansy's conversation was very interesting, and I had an idea that it was connected to Draco's private message, and I can't wait to see how whatever happened is eventually revealed!
