Professor Sinistra enlists the aid of the CCF in preparing Hogwarts for the Ball. Sirius experiments with ways to improve the Laszlo estate. Sally-Anne gets her date to the Ball. Daphne ensures that Blaise understands he's to ask someone else. Justin solicits Sally-Anne's advice about asking Hydra. Harry restores Hermione's journal.

28 November
Draco carries out his portion of Hermione's punishment. Molly cleans up after a storm damages their goat shed. Sirius hides while the Ponds undergo an inspection from the Ministry. Nymphadora calls on him to help police the garden again. Justin decides to observe very traditional formalities. Ron comments on Hermione's treatment.

Harry makes an example of Hermione. Narcissa resumes her collaboration with Rodolphus. Ron swears to make Seamus pay for embarrassing him. Sally-Anne posts her ISS report on the Imperius Curse. Ginny arranges to get Ron's measurements for proper dress robes.
