hopes that Ellie is not too interested in him. Michael
finishes his Arithmancy exam with time to spare. Blaise
appreciates the ability to assess his fellows in practical exams. Justin
consults Hydra about a gift for his foster-parents. Cedric
proposes that he and the Weasleys get up a mummer's play on the last day of term. He also
involves Daphne and Luna.
19 DecemberErnie
takes Justin to the Hospital Wing to treat his cold. Justin
experiences some unfortunate side-effects from the medicine. Lana Sandoval
approves of her commission from Sarah Yaxley. Remus
runs a Christmas present idea past Sirius. Molly
puts her house in order for Christmas. Cedric
informs Luna of the rehearsal schedule. He also
clears the performance shedule with Professors McGonagall and Vector.
20 DecemberProfessor Dolohov
plans an informal gathering on the last day of term. Sirius
readies the storeroom for the smuggled goods. Pansy
looks forward to the holidays. Bill
intends to ditch the Ministry party early on Friday and come drink at Laszlo's instead. Professor Dolohov
discovers that Neville has been writing (and removing) a retraction at the end of all his Dark Arts essays. Barty Crouch, Jr.
directs a colleague's efforts for the Ministry party's security arrangements.
21 DecemberSirius
arrives at the smuggling rendezvous point. Lucius
instructs Percy to meet him at the Ministry party. Selwyn
recommends the mead to Lucius. Tonks
invites Hydra to visit over holidays. Narcissa
looks for Lucius after hearing a disturbance. Justin
writes to his friends in France. Narcissa
coordinates damage control in the wake of the Ministry incident. Selwyn
sends his wife home. Lucius
demands an Auror's report. Sirius
celebrates the success of the smuggling run. Bill
calls Charlie to St Mungo's. Linus
watches the mummer's play with interest. Bill
notifies Professor McGongall that she needs to send the Weasley children home. Neville
reacts to the news. Professor Sprout
brings the bad news to the attention of the Order. Sally-Anne
expresses her sympathy to Ron. Terry
