Allow me a moment of indulgence to provide some annotations so people don't need to do their own research!

The entry proper is actually both halves of the traditional Paschal greeting: "Христос Воскресе" = "Christ is risen", "Воистину Воскрес" = "Indeed, he is risen". You greet people with the first half, they respond to you with the second half.

The prayers in the comment are scattered bits from the Paschal midnight office and Matins, read as Holy Saturday turns to Easter Sunday, and closes out with what was given in both Greek and in translation here: "Holy God, Holy Almighty, Holy Immortal, have mercy on us, both now and ever and to the history of ages, amen."

(He does indeed celebrate the Russian Orthodox ecclesiastical holidays, in addition to the observances of the ancient-Egyptian religion passed down from the other side of the family, and if you keep a careful eye on his posts and comments here and there, you'll see that his beliefs are, at least, sincerely held. Even if his player occasionally doubletakes at him.)
