Oohhh! Lana thinks Padma's actions at the party were down to her challenge. That could be a really good smoke screen for Ron's Potion.
But it gives Padma a potential excuse for her actions. I just want to see her squirm.

It is a good smokescreen for Ron, and he could possibly argue that he'd meant her to go after Draco, too. (This is something where I absolutely want the text of all the challenges, once this is over (or once alternity is over), just to get an idea of the bigger picture that we can't see right now.)

It is a good smoke screen for Ron, but I feel he should have 'fessed up to Draco under the Order lock. I don't think he thought it would affect Draco so much.

I also wish he had told Draco; not only was it affecting Draco, but Padma (however unpleasant she is) nearly killed herself, when all he was supposed to do was undermine her chances. Plus, showing concern under the lock wouldn't have been visible to the judges, and therefore wouldn't have hurt his chances at all.
Speaking of, I'm a bit worried about what happened to Seamus as well.
