I'm being pleasantly surprised by Seamus, myself.

It's funny- Seamus killed his own mother, and Padma's killing of Dean was an accident, but if either of those two is going to be redeemed, I absolutely think it'll be Seamus.

I do think it's weird that Neville said "now you'll see thestrals, right?", since Neville knows, and I'm pretty sure Seamus knows he knows, that Seamus has seen at least one death before - Seamus's mother! Unless you don't see thestrals if the death was caused by you?
