Given what we'd seen of Molly's shock reaction (and Poppy's assistance, presumably with The Good Stuff), I have...some doubts that she was the one that wrote that. Which lead me to, who did?
Oh, I could see Molly pulling it together to write that, and then falling apart again afterwards. It would cost her, but I think she'd think it very important.
