Oops. But good on the troops for thinking that they shouldn't advertise until an "official" announcement.

It makes perfect sense, in retrospect! The original private message archives were baked in, so the journal magic didn't think of them as an additional recipient, but adding the new archives wasn't working until an additional reader could be added.

Which suggests that the Order lock is probably safe. (Probably. We can really, really hope.)
