Daphne Lestrange?

Rod is convinced that Daphne is Raz's daughter but I'm not so sure, personally.

Rod says here that Fletcher didn't do the test, and just mocked up the results. We don't know much about him, but I don't know why he would have bothered to do that on his own, and Raz's convos with Daphs and Siz seem pretty genuine to me. Rod is taking the word of someone who's admitted to being perfectly willing to lie, so why trust the result? I know I'd rather tell Rod what he wants to hear than risk being on the wrong end of his wand when he doesn't get the information he wants.

Now I'm just wondering how Daphs and Siz will take the news- and if they'll go to Poppy for a second opinion.

I was inferring that Fletcher had instructions from someone else to ensure that any paternity test for Raz was false. I'm not exactly sure who, but someone high in the Council.

Very possible- but like you, I'm struggling to think who would have bothered.

It's also slightly possible Mr. Greengrass got word first time around, and wanted to protect his own image.

Fletcher may have assumed that a known eligible bachelor, who is in a new and serious relationship, may have needed the results to be negative.

It would seem to have dropped... Or at least been taken off and hurled at a wall.

So magical tests don't show a family connection between Hydra and Daphne. This could mean she isn't Raz's child, but it could also mean Hydra isnt Rod's daughter.

Poppy's excuse of the mother overshadowing the test doesn't fill me with confidence. Is this really possible?
