Lucius had an argument with Pansy's mother.

Megan is very busy with her new social circles.
2 February
Pansy gets a confusing owl from her mother. Sirius has obtained some of Poppy's requested supplies. Professor Slughorn reminds everyone, especially the twins Weasley, of the proper procedure to use the Potions classroom. Terry celebrates Candlemas.
3 February
Padma's face is looking normal again. Susan auditions for choir without Megan. Lucius reads Rosa's letter to Pansy and reviews Madam Pomfrey's list. Sally-Anne likes Pansy's new curly hair-do.
4 February
Hermione begs Professor Sprout to cover for Terry. (In the comments, Molly suspects the involvement of the twins).
5 February
Neville has lost Trevor.
6 February
Lucius is apparently still fighting with Pansy's mother. Arthur has to work late, even though it's his birthday and Molly, Ginny, and Luna are ill. Amycus is not amused. Sally-Anne asks Pansy if she wants to practice hairstyling charms.
