Trying to work out when the deadline is in my time zone (UK) Harry said less than 31 hours at 11:08pm here.
I'm useless at working out times. It will be 30 hours from midnight here which means 6am Sunday morning, I think.

I need to figure out if I can deal with getting no sleep tomorrow night.

Don't quote me, but I think they generally run on US Eastern, if not US central.

I remember b/c when I was freaking out about Molly and the whole mess over the Hope Emporium, one of the Players was laughing at me going 'come on it's Afternoon in England what Happened?!' and the Player was going 'you know we run on US time, she's just now in the meeting'.

That might have changed, though!

So, it sounds like the plan is going forward. These are the outcomes I can think of at the moment:

1. It doesn't actually end up happening, because xyz.
2. It (anticlimactically) goes completely as planned.
3. It turns out that this version of the curse doesn't actually work on humans! Oops.
4. It gets started, but the timing with the assault on the castle/something else completely messes it up and ???
5. Voldemort/Bellatrix/someone else who would tell Voldemort or gets mindread by Bellatrix notices that Harry is dying. Chaos ensues. Best case scenario here is probably Voldemort kills Bellatrix for not being able to reverse it and then gets killed by rampaging.
6. Voldemort gets killed before possessing Harry.
7. As 2 or 5, except Bellatrix was lying about not being able to reverse the curse or has a good enough idea how to go about it to just put the pieces together. This is probably the worst outcome.

Who else has ideas to contribute?

(Also, 5 and 6 are making me wonder: Did they ever end up testing what happens if they take someone suffering from that curse into Saltash etc?)

I don't know if it was intentional on the player's part or not (but I'm betting yes) but that last post of Snape's really drives home how he and Tosha are mirrors of each other: one who got out in time & one who didn't.

iirc - found one of the horcruxes (the locket) in a burning pool with inferni all around, gave it to his elf to destroy. The locket was given to Pansy, and they were able to destroy it eventually once Sally-Anne realized.

Having not read past book 3 of canon, not sure what he did there.
