Who has Neville's herbology journal, and what will happen with it?

IIRC, Bellatrix was the last one to have his journal, so it was probably in an evidence locker somewhere when the Ministry was Neo-Effed.

Someone can correct me if what I say conflicts.

I remember that Hydra Duplio'd it, but I don't remember anyone ever mentioning what happened to that copy afterwards.

In the post-game world, the new Albion government is able to send people back into the Ministry (we lost ready access when New London became too dangerous) to excavate anything useful -- there are all sorts of records we might still want, there's evidence that could be used by the war crimes tribunal / truth and reconciliation commission, and of course, there are the effects of all sorts of people killed by the state over the years that their families might like to have back, not just Neville but thousands of others.

I imagine that if the Herbology Journal turned up, it was eventually identified as belonging to Neville, and returned to Frank and Alice. It probably took at least a year for that to happen, though. (There was a lot to get through.)
