Sorry about the extended downtime -- the machine's hosed in a way that will take me having about six or seven straight hours uninterrupted to fix it, and between Dreamwidth exploding over the past few weeks and my pain levels being fucking awful and keeping me from being able to sit up for an extended period of time, I haven't had the cope to handle it. I'll post again when I get it back up!

Yup, that's pretty much what needs to be done! (Or rather, that's the first step. Lord knows what everything's gonna find.) I don't think I can give you access to the emergency console without giving you my login to the provider portal, though :(

Right. And that sort of access is not generally approved of in the TOS.

That being said, if you hit the point of going, "Ahhh, screw the TOS," jenett and kiya can vouch that I am not actually an axe murderer with a fetish for borking wikis, and I'm happy to give it a go. (Or you can PM me, and I'll give you my work email address, which will probably prove that I know what I'm talking about. ;-)
