That's an interesting theory, but it seems like Bellatrix is the only one *unaffected* by what she ate at the feast. You might still be on the right track, though: it certainly seems that most folks are eating a lot of transfigured food, and maybe that has side effects. If so, it seems logical that pregnant women might be affected, too/especially.
