On the deserving of noses

I'm hiding inside from the hot weather we have here today, and catching up on MCU movies. Today I'm watching Avengers: Infinity War and my first thought on seeing one of the new characters was "Dude doesn't deserve a nose." (Then I thought "well, I don't know him, maybe he does deserve a nose--but he doesn't have one in any case.")

(Does anyone remember when Sally-Anne said that?)

I don't remember ever saying it! But my best guess is that this was said around the time of Siz and Raz's wedding, when V. first showed up noseless (having been killed in Selwyn's conspiracy, then resurrected just ahead of the wedding. Sally-Anne was at the wedding and there was some ISS-locked journal chatter right before Ron got Arista's Mayday.)

That said, can we pause to acknowledge how creepy Voldemort is, sitting in his labs doing experiments involving vivisection or whatnot when he could just delegate to the DoM? Thus implying he's crazy paranoid and/or enjoys vivisection? Dude doesn't deserve a nose.
