I think you are right, because Arthur said that he was sending a Patronus to Minerva, and the time stamp on her entry is later. Poor Hermione!

That also makes sense because Bill was the one who was in contact with their source for information within the werewolf enclave where the Grangers were taken. He must have contacted them the morning after the full moon to find out how their first transformation went, and that's when he got the bad news.
