Daphne recounts her birthday party. Lucius describes a dinner invitation that turned into an interview. Harry tries to think of any other interpretation of his tea leaves besides the Grim. Dean asks seamus if he can revise with him and Padma. Seamus relays the request.
4 October
Molly wishes Minerva a happy birthday. Michael learns that his parents' shop was robbed. Blaise sneers at Michael's link between the gossip about his heritage and the robbery.
5 October
Professor McGonagall thanks the Order for their rememberances. Madam Pomfrey reports a curious case of a student with an STD.
6 October
Narcissa fusses over her upcoming "comback" to modeling.
7 October
Sally-Anne warns the ISS kids that several older students are embroiled in an argument with collateral damage to bystanders.
8 October
Padma appeals to Lana Sandoval to intercede with her brother before he causes more havoc. Lana tells him off instead. She also advises her sister Honoria to avoid their mother for a while. Arthur comments on the harvest season in progress. Tonks visits St Mungo's to check on her symptoms. Narcissa receives a congratulatory bouquet from Barty.
