Padma apologizes to Professor Lestrange for passing notes in class. She also asks Lavender to borrow a hair ribbon for her first date. Sally-Anne concludes that this will make Padma even more supercilious than before.

23 November
Barty Crouch, Jr. sends several owls through his clerk. Molly discovers that Bill is on the same list of eligible bachelors as Rabastan Lestrange and Barty Crouch, Jr. Lucius instructs his new clerk on a number of schedule changes. Sally-Anne ensures that the Weasleys know their brother is in the magazine profile. Zacharias questions the timing of Professor Acton's withdrawal from Dueling Club.

24 November
Narcissa teases Barty and Razzer on their status. Padma thanks Daphne for providing some advice about dating. Sally-Anne hears from Jeremy Stretton that being named a bad boy didn't deter everyone from propositioning him.

Barty pulls Rodolphus Lestrange in to consult on suspicious items received among his fanmail.

26 November
Lucius arranges gifts for Narcissa as well as protection for her at the runway show. Barty makes plans to meet his date at the show.
