Date: 2009-01-22 11:39 pm (UTC)So... the Order knows where the Stone is, Bellatrix doesn't (probably meaning nobody outside the Order does), except that I sort of thought that Harry heard Macnair say he had it (http://alt-harry.livejournal.com/7874.html). Either I'm misinterpreting, or Harry misheard, or (most interesting) Macnair was lying to Quirrel by claiming to have the stone. In which case, what is Macnair aiming for? His motives are becoming very interesting very quickly.
