What do we know about Rowle? I don't remember anything interesting.

Good question. All I could find was this note from Lucius to Barty and Thorfinn Rowle after he dueled Julius Avery. I guess he was Fudge's second, but not sure what that actually entailed or where his alliances might lie.

On a related note, looking back at last year's Death Eater roster, how many of them are still alive?
