Hermione remembers Terry's birthday. Sally-Anne roots for the Slytherin side. Dean visits with his guardian after the Board meeting. Selwyn announces travel restrictions and puts Hogwarts under quarantine.

17 January
Molly gives in to a little depression. Sirius condemns the Cruciatus curse in a Grim Truth.

18 January
Professor Sinistra changes her plans for the YPL since visitors can no longer come to Hogwarts.

19 January
Alice invites Kingsley and the Peacehaven Players to winter at Moddey Dhoo. Pansy plans to share her chocolate supply with her friends.

20 January
Arthur proposes that Lupin offer Tonks a place to stay so she can work without traveling, and also that they include her in the Order lock.

21 January
Poppy attempts to keep up with the changing protocols and contacts at St. Mungo's.

22 January
Molly tells Luna that Xeno has gone to St. Mungo's for treatment of an illness, but reveals to the Order that he had been suffering torture by the Cruciatus curse as cast by Regulus Black.
